1. General Code of Conduct
The TournamentPro ecosystem is built on mutual respect and professional behavior. All players, managers, and staff members are expected to uphold these values.
1.1 Professionalism
Participants must maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, including match chats, public forums, and physical venues.
1.2 Zero Tolerance
Harassment, hate speech, and discriminatory behavior are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
2. Competitive Integrity
To ensure a fair playing field, we implement rigorous anti-cheat and verification protocols.

Anti-Cheat Compliance All players must use the required platform-specific anti-cheat software where applicable.

Account Stewardship Multi-accounting and account sharing during tournaments are grounds for a lifetime ban.

Match Fixing Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a match for betting or ranking benefits is strictly forbidden.
3. Match & Tournament Flow
Protocol: The 15-Minute Rule
All teams must be present in the designated match lobby within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. Failure to do so results in an automatic forfeiture of the first game/map.
Teams are responsible for their own hardware and internet stability. In cases of massive server instability, tournament admins reserve the right to pause or reschedule events.
